How to make a Happy Mum. The Recipe: Introduction.



Each week I will be posting a blog that will contain one of a number of ingredients you’ll need to become a Happy Mum- or a Happy Person for that matter!

Included in the blogs will be a description of why these ingredients are so important to your happiness levels, what the consequences can be without them and finally (and most importantly)- how you can start working towards using these ingredients to increase the happiness levels in your everyday life.
